2. Assumption of Risk

7. Orders, Returns, and Refunds

  • Opened or used whitening strips cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective or damaged products, within 14 days of receipt.

These Terms and all transactions with Blemivana are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflicts of law.
